SAMJUPCINO


Ingredients:

1 (500 g) pack MAGNOLIA READY-TO-COOK TOCINO
1/3 cup cooking oil
1/2 (152 g) cup Gochujang paste*
1-1/2 (238.5 g) cups store-bought kimchi
1 (300 g) bunch curly lettuce
*Gochujang is a spicy fermented chili paste popular in Korea

Procedure:

  1. Cook tocino in hot oil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, and then slice tocino into strips.
  2. Arrange tocino, Gojuchang paste, kimchi and lettuce on a platter.
  3. To consume, wrap in lettuce leaves a few pieces of tocino strips, Gochujang paste, and kimchi.

Makes 6 servings.
