QUICKMELT FIERY CHEESE SPREAD


Ingredients:

1 (230 g) bottle MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
1 (165 g) bar MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
1 cup PUREFOODS BACON CRUMBLE, crispy fried
1/3 cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
2 tbsp chopped jalapeño (canned or fresh)
1/4 cup roasted red and green bell peppers, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Procedure:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Simmer over low heat until mixture becomes smooth. Transfer to an oven proof dish.
  2. Cover top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven toaster until top becomes bubbly and turns golden brown. Serve with assorted bread.
Makes 3 cups of spread.
