QUESO DE BOLA PIMIENTO SPREAD


Ingredients:

2 (400g each) packs MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA, finely grated
2(30 mL) tbsp MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK
1 (240g) can pimiento, drained and chopped (reserve 1 tbsp brine)

Procedure:

1. Using a hand mixer, mix ingredients alternately until well blended.  Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until use.

Makes: 24 serving
Yield: (705 g/3 cups/2 tbsp per serving)
