1 (350 g) pc MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA, cut into 1 cm thick sticks (76 pc)
76 pc large siling haba (finger peppers), halved lengthwise and deseeded
76 pc small spring roll/lumpia wrappers
2 cups cooking oil for frying


  1. Place a piece of cheese between 2 siling haba halves. Place stuffed siling haba in the center of each lumpia wrapper and then roll tightly. Seal edges by brushing with water.
  2. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil on paper towels.

Makes 15 servings.
(Yield:  76 pc/5 pc per serving)


  • Serve with thousand island dressing by combining equal parts of ketchup and MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE.
