PIZZA EGGS


Ingredients:

1/3 (5 tbsp) cup cooking oil
5 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1/2 tbsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
2/3 cup store bought pizza sauce
1/3 (5 tbsp) cup MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
15 pc pepperoni
2-1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tbsp + 1 tsp shredded basil leaves (optional)

Procedure:

  1. Divide all ingredients into 5 portions. Cook pizza eggs one at a time.
  2. In a medium pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Place an egg ring in the center and crack 1 egg and let cook until almost set.
  3. Top egg with 1/5 portion of salt, pepper, pizza sauce, quickmelt cheese, and pepperoni. Cover pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until egg sets and cheese has melted. 
  4. Top with Parmesan cheese and some basil leaves.

 

Makes 5 servings

(Yield: 5 pc/1 pc per per serving)

 

Tip/s:

  • Pepperoni can be substituted with PUREFOODS BACON BITS.
