NUTTY THUMBPRINT COOKIES


Ingredients:

1 (1 kg) pack MIX N’BAKE CRINKLE MIX
1 cup water
1 cup toasted chopped peanuts
1/2 cup strawberry jam

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line two 12x16-inch baking sheets with baking paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until dough forms. Set aside.
  3. Scoop cookie dough mixture using a #16 ice cream scooper and drop onto prepared baking sheets 2 inches apart. 
  4. Use the thumb to press an indentation into each ball of cookie dough. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of jam into each indentation. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Carefully transfer the cookies to a wire rack and cool completely.
