EASY SHRIMPS IN CREAM SAUCE PASTA


Ingredients:

300 g linguine, cooked according to package directions (about 805 g cooked)

Pasta Sauce

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1-1/2 head garlic, finely crushed or chopped
600 (24 pc) g medium shrimps (suahe), peeled and deveined (leave tail intact)
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE CREAM
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/2 tbsp chopped parsley

Procedure:

  1. Melt butter and sauté garlic. 
  2. Add shrimps, chicken stock, cream and Parmesan. Let simmer until shrimps are cooked through. Mix in parsley.
  3. Toss or top on cooked pasta.

 

Makes 5 servings.

(Yield: 6 cups pasta & sauce/1 cup per serving)

 

Note/s:

  • 3-1/4 cups sauce mixture yield (sauce alone: 2 cups)
