CORNED BEEF WITH VEGETABLES


Ingredients:

1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF
1 (200 g) pack frozen mixed vegetables
2 tbsp DARI CRÈME CLASSIC

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine in a pan. Sauté corned beef for 1-2 minutes while continuously stirring. 
  2. Add mixed vegetables and sauté for another minute. 

Makes 4 servings

Yield: 1-1/2 cups/1/3 cup per serving
