CHICKEN EMBUTIDO



Ingredients:

1/2 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION GROUND CHICKEN
2 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOG, CHICK N’ CHEESE , chopped
2 pc PUREFOODS CHORIZO BILBAO STYLE, chopped finely
3 strips PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON, chopped
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, cubed
1/4 (39.75 g) cup raisins
1/2 (129.5 g) cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 (129 g) cup tomato sauce
1 (5 g) tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 (1 g) tsp pepper
1 (6.9 g) tbsp cornstarch
3 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, boil 2 eggs, peel then cut into quarters

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except boiled eggs. Mix well. 
  2. Spread 1/3 portion of chicken mixture on a 12-inch long aluminum foil. Arrange 4 quartered eggs on top of mixture. Roll tightly and seal ends. 
  3. Steam for 1 hour then cool before slicing. 

Makes 3 rolls (about 24 slices)
