BEEF STROGANOFF PIZZA


Ingredients:

6 pc 12-inch pizza crusts
600 g store-bought carbonara sauce
720 g MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
180 g CHEF’S SELECTION MOZZARELLA CHEESE, grated
1 (1 kg) pack COOK EXPRESS BEEF TAPA, thawed & cut into strips
1 (400 g) can mushrooms pieces & stems, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
2 (10 g) stalks parsley, chopped

Procedure:

  1. Spread 1/2 cup carbonara sauce on each pizza crust.
  2. Add mozzarella and quickmelt cheese and then top with tapa slices and mushrooms.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven set to 450°F (232°C) for 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  4. Drizzle with sour cream. Top with parsley.

Makes 48 servings.
(Yield: 6 pc 12-inch pizza (8 slices per pizza / 1 slice per serving)
