WASUP (Wasabi Ketchup) KOREAN CORNDOGS


Ingredients:

1 (800 g) pack COOK EXPRESS CORNDOG, cooked according to package directions
1/2 cup wasup (wasabi ketchup) sauce
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE

Wasabi Ketchup

2 tbsp wasabi paste
1/2 cup tomato ketchup

Procedure:

  1. In a medium size bowl, combine wasabi paste and ketchup. Mix well. Transfer to a squeeze bottle or piping bag.
  2. Drizzle fried corndogs with wasabi ketchup and then mayonnaise. 

 

Makes 10 servings.
