VEEGA MEAT-FREE BALLS MISUA


Ingredients:

1/4 cup cooking oil
1 (50 g) pc onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (50 g) pc carrot, peeled and diced
1 (200 g) pack VEEGA MEAT-FREE BALLS
4 cups water
1 (100 g) pack misua
1 bundle sili leaves, use tender leaves only
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. In a casserole/large saucepan, heat oil and pan-fry Veega meat-free balls for approximately 3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add carrot and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add meat-free balls and water. Once boiling, set heat to medium and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add misua and simmer while stirring for 5 minutes. Add sili leaves and season with salt and pepper.

 

Makes 8 servings
(Yield: 8 cups/ 1 cup per serving)
