TUNA PESTO GRILLED SANDWICHES


Ingredients:

2 (180 g each) cans tuna in oil, drained
2/3 cup store-bought pesto
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
150 g grated mozzarella cheese
8 slices white bread
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine tuna and pesto. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine the two kinds of cheese. Set aside.
  3. On half of bread slices, spread every 1/4 portion of tuna mixture and 1/4 portion of cheese. Cover with remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
  4. In a pan, melt every 1 tbsp of butter and pan-grill each sandwich for 2 minutes per side or until toasted.

 

Makes 4 servings.

(Yield: 4 sandwiches/1 sandwich per serving)
