TUNA OMELETTE


Ingredients:

1 (180 g) can tuna chunks in oil
1 (50 g) pc onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely crushed
1 pc tomato, cubed
4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
pinch iodized fine salt
pinch pepper

Procedure:

  1. In an 8 inch pan, pour tuna oil. Sauté onion, garlic and tomato until tender, about 2 minutes.
  2. Season beaten eggs with salt and pepper then pour over onion mixture. Cover and cook over very low heat until egg has set. Cut in triangles before serving.

Makes 8 servings.
