TOKWA N’ TJ


Ingredients:

1/2 cup GOLDEN FRY PALM OIL
1 (230g) pack PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOG CLASSIC, sliced
1/4 kg tokwa, cubed
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 pc siling haba (finger chili), sliced
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Fry hotdogs and set aside. Fry tokwa in the remaining oil. Set aside.
  2. For the sauce, combine vinegar, soy sauce and chili. Toss in hotdogs and tokwa. Season with salt and pepper.
Makes 5 servings.
