SRIRACHA MAYO WINGS


Ingredients:

1/2 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BUFFALO WINGS
1 (30 g) pack chicken breading mix
2 cups cooking oil
1 (80 mL) pack MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/8 (32 g) cup Sriracha sauce
1/8 (32 g) cup sweet chili sauce
3 tbsp water
1 (15 g) stalk green onions, chopped

Procedure:

  1. Dredge chicken in breading mix.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken for 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, sweet chili sauce, and water.
  4. Brush chicken with dressing and sprinkle green onions just before serving.

Makes 6 servings.
