SCALLOPED POTATO WITH HAM AND SPINACH


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
6 cloves garlic, silvered
2 cups store bought frozen spinach, thawed
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 (250g) pack MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE CREAM
4 (200g) pc potato sliced thinly
2 (200g) pack PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM SLICES

Procedure:

1. Slice potatoes thinly.

2. Preheat oven to 350

3. Melt butter in a pan.  Add garlic, spinach, parmesan cheese and cream.  Simmer for 2 minutes.  Set aside.

4. In an oven proof dish, arrange sliced potatoes then top with ham.

5. Cover with sauce on top and bake for 30 mintues or until potato soften.

 

Makes 12 servings.
