SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH HAM AND SPINACH


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
6 cloves garlic, slivered
2 cups store bought frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 (250 ml each) packs MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
4 (200 g) pc potatoes, sliced thinly
2 (200 g each) packs PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM SLICES, halved

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°C.
  2. Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic, spinach, Parmesan cheese and cream.  Simmer for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  3. In an ovenproof dish, arrange sliced potatoes then top with ham.
  4. Cover with spinach mixture and bake for 30 mintues or until potatoes are tender.

 Makes 12 servings.
