CORNED BEEF GUISADO


Ingredients:

1 (50 g) pc onion, cut into rings
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onion rings gently until tender. Set aside some onion rings.
  2. Add corned and beef and cook until just heated through, about 1 minute.
  3. Place on platter and top with onion rings.

Makes 2-3 servings.
