SAN MIG DALGONA COFFEE


Ingredients:

3 (9 g each) pack SAN MIG STRONG 3-in-1 COFFEE
1/2 tbsp sugar
1-2 tbsp creamer (optional)
2 tbsp hot water
1 cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
4-6 pc ice cubes

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and creamer. Mix well.
  2. Gradually add water and with a fork or whisk, beat continuously for 5 minutes or until double in volume. Set aside.
  3. Assemble coffee by filling a glass with ice, add milk and top with whipped coffee.

Makes 1 serving.

Tip/s:

  • Use other SAN MIG 3 in 1 COFFEE variants or ESSENSO MICROGROUND COFFEE.
  • For whipped coffee, tilt the bowl to the side to pool liquid and make whipping easier. 
  • Create a thicker milk base version by using MAGNOLIA VANILLA ICE CREAM or MAGNOLIA GOLD LABEL WINTERMELON MILK TEA as substitute for milk.
  • Adding creamer help increase volume of whipped coffee.
  • Increase number of servings by placing milk in short and slim glasses so milk and whipped coffee can be divided into 2-3.
