PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM BAO BUNS

Ingredients:

200	g	PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM CHICKEN
200	g	PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM BONE-IN
1/3	cup	MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/8	cup	Hoisin sauce
8	pc	bao buns, pre-steamed
1 (80 g)	pc	cucumber, thinly sliced
2	tbsp	thinly sliced leeks
1 (70 g)	pc	carrot, thinly sliced
50	g	cilantro leaves (wansoy)

Procedure:

Carve ham into thin slices. Set aside
For sauce, combine mayonnaise and Hoisin sauce. Set aside.
Fill each bun with three slices of ham. Top each with several slices of cucumber, leeks, carrots, and cilantro. Serve with sauce.
