PUREFOODS CHORIZO AND BELL PEPPERS PASTA


Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CHORIZO BILBAO STYLE, sliced diagonally
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 (50 g) pc green bell pepper, sliced
1 (50 g) pc red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 kg fusilli noodles, cooked according to package directions
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1/4 (75 g) cup grated MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic, chorizo, mushrooms and bell peppers. Add spaghetti noodles and cook for another 3 minutes. 
  2. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper and chili flakes. Top with cheese before serving. 

Makes 8 servings.
