PF CHICKEN MAYO PESTO SANDWICH


Ingredients:

2 cans PUREFOODS CHICKEN IN BROTH, drained
1 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
4 tbsp store bought pesto
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper
5 pc tomato, Sliced into thin rings
1 head lettuce
16 pc sliced white bread

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl combine chicken, mayo, pesto, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. On one side of the bread, spread 2 tbsp of mayo mixture. Arrange lettuce and tomato and top with another slice of bread.
Makes 8 servings.
