NAKED CHICKEN FAJITAS


Ingredients:

1/2 (5 pc) kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST FILLETS, cut into strips
1-1/2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
3 tbsp GOLDEN FRY PALM OIL
1/3 cup store bought salsa

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with taco seasoning. Coat well. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the chiller.
  2. In a pan, heat oil, then fry chicken over medium heat for 1-1/2 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Serve with salsa.

Makes 5 servings

Yield: 5 chicken breasts (cut into strips 25 strips)

TIP/S:

  • Serve chicken with diced tomatoes and ripe mangoes.
