NACHO BAKE


Ingredients:

1 (500 g) pack COOK EXPRESS CHILI CON CARNE
2 cups MAGNOLIA FOOD SERVICE CHEESE SAUCE
1 cup grated CHEF'S SELECTION MOZZARELLA CHEESE
1 (300 g) pack tortilla chips
2 (30 g each) pc tomatoes, chopped
1 (45 g) pc onion, chopped

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven at 425°F.
  2. Layer chili con carne, cheese sauce and Quickmelt cheese in an 8x8 inch ovenproof dish.
  3. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese layer has browned.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.

Makes 10 servings

Tip/s:

  • Use 2 (235 g each) packs MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE CHEDDAR or 1 (165 g) MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
  • For another version, use potato chips or French Fries instead of tortilla chips
