MEATY MAC ‘N CHEESE


Ingredients:

2 tbsp PURE OIL or GOLDEN FRY PALM OIL
1 (230 g) can PUREFOODS LUNCHEON MEAT, diced
1 (235 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE MILKY WHITE
1 (185 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
1 (200 g) pack macaroni, cooked according to package directions

Procedure:

  1. In a casserole with hot oil, brown luncheon meat.
  2. Add Cheezee and mix until melted. Add half of grated quickmelt cheese and macaroni. Mix until sauce is well-distributed.
  3. Transfer to an 8x8 inch baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Serve or brown surface in an oven toaster set on high or oven set at 350oF for about 5 minutes.

Makes 5 servings

(Yield: 5 cups/1 cup per serving)
