INSTANT BEEF RAMEN


Ingredients:

1 (450 g) pack PUREFOODS READY-TO-EAT BEEF PARES
2 cups water
2 (63 g each) packs instant ramen
4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, soft-boiled*
1 stalk leek, sliced into 2 inch strips and placed in cold water

Procedure:

  1. In a saucepan, combine frozen Beef Pares, water, and ramen seasoning. Bring to a boil and heat through for about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add instant ramen. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  3. Serve with eggs and top with leeks.

Makes 4 servings.

(Yield: 2 cups soup & 2-1/3 cups ramen/ 1/2 cup soup & 1/3 cup ramen mixture per serving)
