1 (550 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS SPICY FRIED CHICKEN, cooked according to package directions
2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water

Honey Glaze:

1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp calamansi juice
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 (8 g) thumb ginger, grated


  1. In a pan, combine glaze ingredients and simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add cornstarch mixture while stirring continuously and until sauce thickens
  3. Toss in chicken until well coated.

Makes 5 servings.
(Yield: 5 pc chicken & 1/2 cup sauce/1 pc chicken & 2 tbsp sauce per serving)
