GARLIC BEEF TAPA


Ingredients:

4 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
1/3 cup DARI CREME CLASSIC
2 (220 g each) packs PUREFOODS BEEF TAPA

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine in a pan. Fry garlic until golden brown. Strain and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, fry tapa until cooked through.
  3. Top beef tapa with fried garlic. 

Makes 4 servings.

(Yield:  2 cups/ 1/2 cup per serving)
