FRIED LUNCHEON MEAT


Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 (230 g) can PUREFOODS LUNCHEON MEAT, sliced into 5 lengthwise

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, heat oil then fry luncheon meat slices on each side for about a minute. Drain excess oil on paper towels.

Makes 2-3 servings.
