FRIED FISH IN MARGARINE


Ingredients:

5 (500 g) slices tuna steaks or any preferred fish
2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (100 g) bar DARI CREME CLASSIC
1 tbsp cooking oil

Marinade

8 cloves garlic, crushed
2 (27 g) pc calamansi, juice squeezed (1 tbsp)

Procedure:

  1. Rub fish with salt and pepper.
  2. In a container, combine garlic and calamansi juice. Marinate fish. Chill for 1 hour.
  3. Melt margarine and add oil in a pan. Pan-fry fish until just cooked through.

Makes 5 servings.
