EASY SISIG


Ingredients:

1 tbsp DARI CREME CLASSIC
1/2 kg MONTEREY SISIG
1 pc small onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 pc finger peppers (siling haba), sliced

Procedure:

  1. Heat a sizzling plate. Melt margarine and add sisig.
  2. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix in onions and finger peppers.

Makes 4 servings.

(Yield: 4 cups /1 cup per serving)
