EASY PANCIT CANTON WITH CHICKEN BOLA-BOLA


Ingredients:

3 tbsp cooking oil
1 (250 g) pack MAGNOLIA TIMPLADOS CHICKEN BOLA-BOLA, thawed
1 (100 g) pc carrot, grated
50 g cabbage, shredded
3 (80 g each) packs instant pancit canton, cooked according to package directions

Procedure:

  1. In a large pan, heat oil and pan fry chicken bola-bola until lightly browned Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add carrot and sauté for 2 minutes. Add cabbage and cook until tender and color turns bright. Turn off heat.
  3. Mix in pancit canton and chicken bola-bola. 

 

Makes 5 servings.
(Yield:  5 cups pancit canton and 10pc chicken bola-bola / 1 cup pancit canton and 2pc chicken bola-bola)             

Tip/s:

  • Can also add boiled eggs. Serve with sliced white bread on the side.

Note/s:

  • Never over cooked vegetables.
