DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES


Ingredients:

1 (1 kg) pack MIX N’BAKE CRINKLE MIX
1 cup water
1 cup chopped milk chocolate block
1 cup chopped dark chocolate block
1/2 cup melted dark chocolate block for drizzling

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line two 12x16-inch baking sheets with baking paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until dough forms. Set aside.
  3. Scoop cookie dough mixture using a #16 ice cream scooper and drop onto prepared baking sheets 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Let cool for about 5 minutes, and then drizzle with melted chocolate on top of the cookie.
