DIRTY SMASHED QUARTER POUNDER BURGER


Ingredients:

1 (912 g) pack CHEF’S SELECTION QUARTER POUNDER BEEF BURGER PATTY
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 (60 g) pc onions, sliced into rings
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 (6 pc) pack burger buns, split
1/4 cup store bought BBQ sauce
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA CHEESE SAUCE
1 (200 g) pack French fries, cooked according to package instructions

Procedure:

  1. Cook patties from frozen state in a nonstick pan for 4 to 5 minutes per side and then set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add onion rings and sauté until slightly brown.
  3. Arrange buns and spread mayonnaise on bottom part of buns. Add patty and then layer with onions and French fries.
  4. Drizzle with barbeque sauce and cheese sauce. Cover with remaining buns to make sandwiches. Serve immediately.

Makes 8 servings.
(Yield: 8 pc burgers/1 pc burger per serving)
