CORNED BEEF OMELETTE


Ingredients:

1 tbsp COOKBEST COCONUT OIL
1 (30 g) pc small onion, sliced
1 pc tomato, sliced
1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF
3 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten

Procedure:

  1. In an 8” non-stick pan, heat oil and sauté onion and tomato until tender.
  2. Add corned beef then arrange mixture on pan. 
  3. Pour beaten eggs. Cook covered over lowest heat until eggs have set. 

Makes 6 servings.

(Yield:  1 pan cut into 6 pc)
