CORNED BEEF MISUA


Ingredients:

3 tbsp STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC
1 (30 g) pc onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF
1 (375 g) pc sayote, sliced
4-1/2 cups water
1 tsp iodized rock salt
1 (110 g) pack misua noodles

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine in a pan. Sauté onion, garlic, corned beef and sayote for 1 minute, stirring continuously then add water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender. Season with salt.
  2. Stir in miswa until cooked.  

 

Makes 7 servings

Yield: 7-1/2 cups
