CORNED BEEF FLAKES


Ingredients:

1 tbsp GOLDEN FRY PALM OIL
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF

Procedure:

  1. In a non-stick pan, heat oil and add corned beef. Cook over moderate heat, stirring from time to time, for about 12 minutes or until dry and toasted. 

 

Makes 2-3 servings

(Yield: 1/2 cup)
