CORNED BEEF CABBAGE SOUP


Ingredients:

1 (50 g) pc onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI OIL COCONUT VEGETABLE OIL
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF
5 cups water
1/2 pc chicken bouillon cube
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 (200 g) head cabbage, shredded

Procedure:

  1. In a medium saucepot, sauté onion and garlic in oil.
  2. Add corned beef and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add water and chicken cube and let simmer.
  4. Season with pepper then add cabbage and cook until tender.
Makes 6 servings.
