COOKIE OATS MANGO PARFAIT


Ingredients:

2 (240 mL each) cans mango puree, chilled
2 cups store bought whipped cream
4 (26 g each) packs oat cookies, crushed
1/2 cup cubed ripe mango, chilled

Procedure:

  1. Pour mango puree in 2 tall glasses/mugs.
  2. Add half cup of whipping cream in each glass/mug.
  3. Top with crushed cookies then add ripe mangoes.
  4. Finish with another layer of whipped cream on top, and then decorate with a piece of cookie.

Makes 2 servings

Yield: 2 glasses/mugs
