COLA SPICY WINGS


Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 (550 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS SPICY WINGS, cut in half
1 (55 g) thumb ginger, minced
1 (330 mL) can cola
1 (5 g) stalk onion leeks, sliced thinly

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry chicken for 3 minutes or until lightly brown. Add ginger and sauté for another minute.
  2. Add cola and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
  3. Transfer to a serving plate and top with leeks

Makes 5 servings.
(Yield: 10 pieces, 2 pieces per serving)

Tip/s:

  • To curl onion leeks, submerge in cold water before using.
