CLASSIC BURGER


Ingredients:

3 tbsp cooking oil
4 pc CHEF’S SELECTION QUARTER POUNDER BEEF PATTY
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, cut into 16 slices
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
4 pc store-bought burger buns, split
1/2 bunch lettuce
1 pc large tomato, cut into 8 rings

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a large pan. Cook patties for 6 minutes per side. Top patty with four slices of cheese before removing from heat. Keep warm.
  2. To assemble, spread mayonnaise on buns. Top half of buns with lettuce and tomatoes. Place patties and cover with remaining buns to make sandwiches. 

Makes 4 servings.

(Yield: 4 pc/1 pc per serving)
