CHOCOLAIT PUDDING


Ingredients:

1 (1 L) pack MAGNOLIA CHOCOLAIT
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional for dusting)

Procedure:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine 3 cups Chocolait with sugar. Set over medium-high heat, stir and bring to simmer.
  2. Place remaining Chocolait in a medium bowl. Whisk in cornstarch until dissolved.
  3. Add the cornstarch mixture into the saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens (about 1 to 2 minutes). Remove from heat.
  4. Pour into individual cups/ramekins. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Makes 6 servings.

Yield: 6 individual containers
