CHICKEN TERIYAKI SOFT TACOS


Ingredients:

1 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION TIMPLADOS TERIYAKI
1/4 cup sesame oil
10 pc small flour tortillas, warmed
1 (250 g) pc cucumber, peeled, deseeded and sliced
1 (140 g) pc red bell pepper, roasted, peeled, deseeded and cut into strips
1/4 cup coriander leaves (wansoy)
1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Sauce

1 (125 g) pack plain yogurt
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, sauté chicken in sesame oil. Set aside.
  2. To make the sauce, combine yogurt and sriracha. Chill.
  3. To assemble top tortilla with chicken, cucumber, peppers and coriander. Drizzle sauce and top with sesame seeds.

Makes 5 servings.

(Yield: 10 soft tacos/ 2 pc per serving)
