CHEESY FIESTA HAM OMELETTE


Ingredients:

1 tbsp DARI CREME
200 grams PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM, chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
3 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
3 tbsp MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, sauté margarine, ham and mushrooms together. Set aside.
  2. Pour half of the beaten eggs into the pan, cook for 5 minutes under low heat or until mixture is cooked.  Make 2 egg crepes.
  3. Place half of the filling on one side of an egg crepe. Fold eggs to make an omelette. Repeat procedure with the rest of the ingredients.

Makes 2 servings.
