CHEESY CORNED BEEF QUESADILLA


Ingredients:

1 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI OIL COCONUT VEGETABLE OIL
100 grams chopped onions
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF
6 pc store-bought flour tortillas
1 (165 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE , grated

Procedure:

  1. In a sauté pan,  heat oil in over medium fire and sauté onions and corned beef. Set aside.
  2. Prepare 3 tortillas on a plate. Place every 2-3 tablespoon of corned beef in the middle of each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with another tortilla.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and pan-grill tortillas until light brown. Cut into quarters before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
