CHEESE FUDGE BALLS


Ingredients:

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1 (165 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, grated
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 (35 g) cup chopped nuts (cashew or preferred nuts)

Procedure:

  1. Sift together sugar and cocoa. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, combine butter and cheese. Heat until butter melts and cheese softens.
  3. Add sifted ingredients, vanilla and nuts. Mix well.
  4. Grease a square pan and press mixture into pan. Let cool then form every 1 tbsp into balls. Seve in small paper cup liners.

Makes about 3 dozens.
