BACON ICE CREAM PANCAKE CUPS


Ingredients:

1 tsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL COCONUT VEGETABLE OIL
2 (200 g) cups MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC VANILLA FLAVOR
1 (180 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE & WAFFLE MIX
1 tbsp colored sprinkles
2 slices PUREFOODS CLASSIC BACON HONEYCURED, cut each piece into 3

Procedure:

  1. Grease 6 individual ovenproof or disposable aluminium muffin cups with oil. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine ice cream and pancake & waffle mix. Add in sprinkles.
  3. Divide batter into muffin cups. Top with bacon.
  4. Bake in the oven toaster on high or bake in the oven set at 350oF for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Rotate ice cream-pancake cups halfway through baking.

Makes 6 servings.
