3-INGREDIENT CHEESECAKE BARS


Ingredients:

3 (200 g) cups small to medium sized white marshmallows
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE, softened
2 (100 g) pack prima toast, cut into small cubes ( about 3 cups)

Procedure:

  1. Line a baking dish with wax/parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Heat a saucepan half-filled with water and put a bowl on top. Melt marshmallows and cream cheese in the bowl until fully melted. Remove from saucepan.
  3. Add prima toast and mix until fully coated. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  4. Pour mixture into the pan and cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut and serve. 

Makes 12 servings.

(Yield: 24 pieces/2 pc per serving)

Tip/s:

  • If a microwave is available, microwave marshmallows and cream cheese in a bowl, stirring every 15 seconds, until fully melted.
  • Keep marshmallows in airtight containers and store at room temperature for up to 6 months.
